Terms of Service

Cydeavor LLC, doing business as GlossRed™

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the GlossRed™ booking software platform (the “Service” or “Platform”) operated by Cydeavor LLC, doing business as GlossRed™ (“GlossRed”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & Business Use

You must have full legal capacity in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business.

3. Platform Description

  • GlossRed™ provides Clients with online scheduling, booking, and payment tools to facilitate appointments and transactions with Customers.
  • GlossRed™ uses third-party service providers to support the Platform’s functionality. GlossRed™ is a separate platform and service from the other products or offerings of Cydeavor LLC.
  • GlossRed™ may update, modify, or remove features at any time.

4. Relationship Between GlossRed™, Clients, and Customers

GlossRed™ is solely a technology provider. We do not:

  • become a party to the services Clients offer
  • supervise, evaluate, or guarantee Client services
  • provide refunds for services booked through Clients
  • control the relationship between Client and Customer

All service delivery, compliance, and customer satisfaction are the sole responsibility of the Client.

5. Account Registration & Security

Accounts may be required. You agree to:

  • provide accurate information
  • maintain confidentiality of login credentials
  • be responsible for account activity

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Client Content

Clients are responsible for all content they upload (service descriptions, pricing, policies, images, etc.).

You represent you own or have rights to your content and that it does not violate any law or rights of others.

7. Payments & Billing

Clients may be charged subscription fees, transaction fees, service fees, and applicable taxes.

Fees may be processed through third-party payment processors. GlossRed™ does not store complete payment card details.

Auto-Renewal or Subscription

Your subscription will automatically renew on each anniversary of your initial subscription date at the then-current annual rate, using the payment method on file, unless you cancel before renewal. By subscribing, you acknowledge and consent to this automatic renewal.

Refund Policy (14-Day Window)

You may request a full refund (less payment processing fees) within 14 days of your initial subscription charge. After this 14-day window, all subscription fees are non-refundable. To request a refund, contact us at hello@glossred.com using the email you used to signup. Refunds processed are minus any transaction fees incurred by the payment processor.

Credits and Add-On Purchases

Some optional features require the purchase of credits or other usage-based add-ons. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and are non-refundable once purchased or allocated to an account, including if unused, expired, or if your subscription is canceled. Credit purchases are final and non-refundable.

Billing Terms:

Fees are automatically billed unless canceled before renewal.

  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of platform access.
  • Chargebacks or disputed payments may result in account closure and recovery of associated fees.
  • GlossRed™ is not responsible for payment disputes between Clients (beauty professionals) and their customers.

By completing a purchase or subscription, you agree to the above billing and refund terms.

8. Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policies

Clients define their own pricing, cancellation, and refund rules.

Clients must communicate and honor their policies with Customers.

GlossRed™ is not responsible for any refunds related to Client services.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • modify, copy, reverse engineer, or sublicense the Platform
  • upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content
  • interfere with Platform security or operations
  • use the Service for unauthorized or illegal conduct

Violation may result in termination.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Platform belong to GlossRed™ and/or its licensors and third-party service providers.

You receive only a limited, revocable license to use the Service.

No ownership is transferred.

11. Availability

The Platform is provided subject to temporary outages and maintenance.

We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party systems or events beyond our control.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We disclaim all warranties, including:

  • merchantability
  • fitness for a particular purpose
  • non-infringement

Use at your own risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • GlossRed™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid to GlossRed™ in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim

Some jurisdictions limit liability waivers; limitations apply to the maximum extent allowed.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold GlossRed™ harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and costs (including legal fees) arising from:

  • your misuse of the Platform
  • your content
  • your violation of these Terms
  • disputes between Clients and Customers

15. Termination

GlossRed™ may suspend or terminate access at any time.

Upon termination:

  • access to the Platform stops immediately
  • data may be deleted or restricted
  • provisions intended to survive (e.g., liability limits) continue

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Posting updated Terms constitutes notice. Continued use after posting means acceptance.

17. Electronic Communications

You consent to receive electronic communications related to the Service.

18. Taxes

Clients are responsible for all applicable taxes and government charges related to their use of the Platform.

19. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA.

Any disputes must be brought exclusively in courts located in Greenwood, South Carolina.

20. Severability

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and GlossRed™.

22. Lifetime Membership Plans

GlossRed™ may offer Lifetime Membership plans. A Lifetime Membership grants access to the core features available at purchase for the operational lifetime of the GlossRed™ Platform.

If GlossRed™ discontinues the Platform, Lifetime Memberships terminate simultaneously.

Lifetime Membership Terms:

  • Non-transferable and non-assignable.
  • Subject to the Refund Policy in Section 7.
  • Access includes all core features available at purchase; features may evolve over time.
  • Optional add-ons and usage-based credits may require additional fees.
  • Fair usage limits may be applied to prevent abuse.
  • GlossRed™ may revoke access for violation of these Terms or fraudulent activity.
  • Lifetime Membership offers may be limited in quantity and discontinued at any time.
