GlossRed™ (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates an online booking & scheduling platform (the “Service” or “Platform”). Depending on how you use GlossRed™, we may collect:

  • Client Content: For Clients — service descriptions, schedules, pricing, business policies, images, customer lists, and other data you upload to the Platform
  • Customer booking data: for Customers — name, contact info, appointment details, payment info (as needed to schedule and fulfill bookings)

2.2 Google Calendar API Data Use

GlossRed™ accesses user Google Calendar data only to enable booking, appointment scheduling, and event management. We request the minimum required data to ensure functionality. We do no sell, share, or use calendar data for advertising or analytics.

Calendar data may include:

  • Appointment/event details you choose to sync
  • Calendar availability
  • Basic profile information needed to integrate with Google Services.

All data access is secure, strictly permission-based, and fully compliant with Google's Limited Use Policy. You may disconnect Google Calendar access at any time through your Google Account settings.

2.3 Automatically Collected Information

When you use GlossRed™ (or visit our website), we may automatically collect:

  • Device and browser data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers
  • Usage data: pages you visit, time and date of visits, clicks, navigation paths, login timestamps
  • Cookies and similar technologies: to maintain sessions, remember preferences, and for analytics/performance

  • Provide and operate the Platform and its features (booking, scheduling, payment processing, account management)
